• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform blasting and painting using marine coatings to meet contract requirements.
• Follow blasting and painting specifications including blast profiles and coating procedures.
• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings with spray equipment, rollers, or brushes.
• Use blasting equipment and surface-prep tools safely and effectively.
• Support ship construction in various environments and be available for all shifts.
