Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial blasting and painting using approved marine coatings.
• Apply coatings per contract specs, including surface prep standards and millage.
• Operate blasting, painting, and coating equipment under supervision.
• Inspect surfaces and verify coating thickness and durability.
• Work in shipyard environments with heights, confined spaces, and weather variations.
• Support production needs across multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Follow Ingalls’ safety procedures in all tasks and work areas.
