You’ll work on props, sails, navigational gear, and related systems, documenting service records and communicating with clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Maintaining safety, using a range of tools, and keeping meticulous records are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Formal marine mechanic training is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of boat components and systems.
• Excellent mechanical skills and ability to use diverse tools.

Responsibilities
