Job summary

Anchor Innovation, Inc. is actively seeking qualified professionals to support U.S. Navy waterfront operations across the Southeast, including Florida and Georgia.

Roles cover maintenance, repair, operation, and administration of watercraft and port operations with focus on safety and reliability. Positions span boat mechanics, marine electricians, maintenance technicians, and logistics support at sites such as NAS Pensacola, NSA Panama City, NSB Kings Bay, and Mayport.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine maintenance, boat repair, waterfront operations, or related field.
• Experience maintaining or repairing watercraft.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or diesel-engine technical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot using manuals, drawings, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and depot-level maintenance on watercraft and waterfront equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain marine mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform industrial marine repair and refurbishment activities.
• Support safe operation of boats and watercraft and maintain records.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling; ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
