Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in construction and/or maintenance and repair in a trade or facilities maintenance.
• Licensed by the State of Texas as a Class A or Class B journey‑level HVAC mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and service of HVAC systems.
• Assist electrician with electrical systems maintenance.
• Calibrate heat-pumps for temperature control.
