Job summary

Willis Custom Yachts seeks an Inventory and Procurement Associate to support accurate inventory management and procurement. You will ensure parts are charged to work orders or processed through the POS, while maintaining an organized, well-stocked inventory area.

The role involves cycle counts, monitoring stock levels, and reporting variances to maintain inventory integrity. Work is performed in Stuart, FL, with full-time daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior marina/marine environment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff and vessel personnel with obtaining parts and charging them to the correct work order.
• Support sub-contractors with parts purchases through the POS system.
• Perform cycle counts, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Check in and receive shipments from freight trucks and deliveries.
• Organize and restock shelves, ensuring inventory is orderly and accessible.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by sweeping floors, breaking down boxes, and adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety and environmental policies, including reporting accidents or spills immediately.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Inventory Manager.
