This full-time role involves applying fiberglass materials, assisting with vacuum infusion, and performing quality control inspections. Qualifications

• Previous experience with resin infusion processes is a plus but training is available.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposures.

Responsibilities

• Apply dry bulk fiberglass for hulls, decks, and cores.
• Install vacuum and feed lines as well as bagging materials.
• Assist with the vacuum infusion process and debagging.
• Pull parts from molds and inspect prior to quality control.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
