Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise state interest in marine infrastructure management and construction.
• Facilitate harbor, port safety, and marine transportation planning.
• Oversee uses of submerged lands and marine infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain records for dredging, disposal, and submerged lands.
• Coordinate with federal, state, local and private entities on projects.
