Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in the United States is hiring a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions on the sales floor. You will replenish shelves, maintain pricing, and stay updated on advertised sales to help shoppers save time and find the right gear.

You will build customer relationships through friendly service, promote programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers and assist with buying decisions.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage for advertised sales.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
