Barletta Boats, based in Bristol, Indiana, is seeking a Production Team Member – Electrical Check to test electrical components, troubleshoot failures, and correct issues on our pontoon boats. The role requires performing inspections, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with teammates to reach production targets while upholding safety standards.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically capable of the duties described, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Test electrical components on boats and troubleshoot root causes of failures.
• Install console toe-kick panels.
• Perform quality inspections of electrical components and document results.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in continuous improvement.
