Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal).
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Eligible to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Test electrical functions on boats.
• Troubleshoot root causes of failed tests and fix issues.
• Install console toe-kick panels.
• Perform quality inspections of electrical components and document results.
