We're seeking motivated individuals to join our marine team and grow with us through structured training, mentoring and career development pathways. You'll be supported by experienced marine professionals and provided with development opportunities to gain skills and qualifications such as COST, Coxswain and/or Master 5. With progression pathways into Vessel Master or Marine Engineer, leadership and management roles, you'll gain hands‑on experience in a unique operational environment while living and working just metres from the iconic Horizontal Falls. Accommodation and meals are provided while on roster.
In addition to developing your marine capabilities, you'll have the opportunity to learn about Indigenous tourism and the cultural significance of the Horizontal Falls region. Through our connection with the Dambeemangaddee People, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the stories, culture and sense of place that makes this destination unlike anywhere else in Australia.
Positions will commence in early 2027.
