Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of USDA food safety, storage & handling.
• Experience cooking for up to 24 people.
• Ability to work at sea for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare up to 3 meals daily for up to 24 people.
• Manage galley stores, inventory and budget.
• Maintain cleanliness of galley and berthing spaces.
