Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5–10 years in a supervisory role.
Professional knowledge of marine infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities
Supervise craft employees to ensure projects are completed safely and timely.
Manage productivity, safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
Coordinate and interface with project teams and foremen for smooth workflow.
