Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5–10 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional knowledge of marine infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to manage and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft employees to ensure projects are completed safely and timely.
• Manage productivity, safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate and interface with project teams and foremen for smooth workflow.
