The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil construction, proficiency with Procore/Buildertrend/Bluebeam, and a proven ability to lead teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, sitework, or utility construction.
• Deep understanding of NYSDOT, USACE, or municipal specs and public project documentation.
• Proficient in construction tools including Procore, Buildertrend, Excel and Bluebeam.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings and perform accurate takeoffs.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and closeout.
