J.F. Brennan Company Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support estimating, bidding, business development, and running multiple projects concurrently, including nuclear diving and marine construction.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in a related field, at least five years in marine construction, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 60% to job sites. Excellent communication and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marine construction.
• Experience on a nuclear site preferred.
• Strong scheduling, cost control and estimating knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work scopes and monitor master and rolling schedules.
• Submit contract modification proposals and quotes; review subcontractor quotes.
• Maintain effective communication with the project superintendent for safe, high-quality execution.
• Manage financial reporting and job costing; prepare monthly progress reports and owner billing.
• Assist estimating on bids with quantity takeoffs and bid reviews.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients.
• Review subcontractor/shop drawings for compliance and coordination.
• Assist with Business Development.
• Travel up to 60% to jobsites.
