Job summary

You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely, quality and successful completion of assignments on wharves, trestles, piers, and related facilities. You may lead on-site teams or engineers, help establish schedules and cost tracking, process changes, and safeguard safety programs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' construction experience on marine projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles and self-perform work.
• Experience managing field staff and owner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in creating project schedules, cost tracking and subcontract administration.
• Provide leadership and training to project staff and engineers on site.
• Track change proposals, change orders and payment applications.
• Monitor costs, prepare quantity reports and analyze labor data.
• Support total quality management on site and project closeout.
• Implement applicable safety programs on site.
