Glosten is seeking student interns to work with our Marine Construction team in Seattle, WA. The internship offers hands-on experience in structural analysis, hydrostatic and stability analysis, 2D drafting, and 3D modeling, with mentorship from senior engineers.

Glosten's Marine Construction group supports the on-the-water construction related to expansion and renewal of the growing, yet aging, infrastructure in North America. Our work supports dredging and marine-based heavy civil projects such as dams, bridge construction and demolition, and often also includes salvage engineering. As an intern, you will work closely with your group lead and other associates who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your skills on projects that have a significant impact. Our engineering team will help you to roll up your sleeves and apply textbook theory and lab experience to solve real maritime challenges.
We are looking for candidates to work alongside engineering staff to support ongoing projects. Opportunities may include structural analysis; hydrostatic and stability analysis; seakeeping analysis; weight estimating; finite element analysis; 2D drafting; 3D modeling; and other tasks as needed.
