TMMG, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marine Electrical Controls & Automation Engineer to support an expanding vessel program in Louisiana.

This hands-on role covers design, integration, construction, commissioning, and testing of automated shipboard systems and machinery-control networks. You will work with engineering, production, software, test, commissioning, and vendor teams, focusing on PLC logic, Siemens SIMATIC, and HMI integration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or Marine Engineering.
• Significant controls and commissioning experience.
• Experience with PLC-based machinery-control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, integration, installation, commissioning and testing of shipboard electrical, automation, and machinery-control systems.
• Translate requirements into functional PLC logic and sequencing.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic, including ladders and interlocks.
• Support Siemens SIMATIC PLC and TIA Portal applications.
• Coordinate with electricians, software, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct commissioning, dockside testing and sea trials.
