Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor in Canton, GA to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will direct team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce health and safety regulations while driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and align with plant operations goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred in poultry/food industry.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Production Supervisor

In this key role,you'llserve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'llensure production targets are met whilemaintaininghigh standardsfor safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor,you'llcoordinate team duties,monitorequipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helpingmaintaina productive and well-functioning workplace.
