Job summary

B&E Marine, located on the lakefront in Michigan City, IN, is hiring for Yard, Storage & Logistics Team Members (seasonal and full-time positions available). Our team moves boats, coordinates storage, and supports service and sales while keeping the yard and equipment in top condition.

We value dependable individuals with a strong safety mindset who can work outdoors, occasionally weekends, and assist customers as needed. Training is provided for heavy equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Dependable, responsible individuals with strong attention to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work weekends during boating season.
• Experience operating hoists, forklifts, or heavy equipment is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Move and position boats safely within the yard and marina.
• Assist with launching and hauling boats.
• Coordinate storage logistics and organization.
• Support service and sales departments with boat movement.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized facility.
• Assist customers as needed.
