Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in luxury/hospitality environments
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and assist with luggage up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and assist with valet parking
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
• Explain parking rates and assist guests with self-park instructions
• Inspect vehicles before taking ownership and follow company guidelines
• Maintain professional appearance and provide exceptional guest service in a luxury setting
• Be adaptable to shift schedules and assist with occasional light duties as needed
