The position requires basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and a high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain friendly working relationships with staff, members, and guests.
• Respond to member questions and needs via phone, email and in person.
• Accept and reconcile daily cash, credit and check payments; follow up on past due balances.
• Provide information on marina products and services.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
