Starting pay is $15 per hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling and room to grow within the Alliance Marine network. Training is provided, and safety is a key focus while working around docks and fuel stations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist boaters with docking, tying lines, and fueling vessels safely.
• Provide excellent guest service: greet arrivals, answer questions, and share local area knowledge.
• Maintain marina facilities, docks, and fuel stations—keeping them clean, safe, and stocked.
• Monitor fuel pumps, dispense fuel, and complete accurate fueling records.
• Support transient and seasonal guests with reservations, check-ins, and service requests.
• Inspect docks, slips, and equipment; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Coordinate deliveries and amenities for guests (ice, packages, pump-outs, etc.).
• Uphold company safety and security standards at all times.

As a Dockhand, you’ll be at the heart of the marina’s operations—helping boaters dock safely, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless waterfront experience.
