Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Dockhand in Fort Myers Beach, FL to perform outdoor marina tasks and deliver exceptional guest service. You will assist with boat docking, utilities, and sanitation while engaging with guests in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication as you support dock operations and transport passengers and provisions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in marina or outdoor service preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dock Masters in marina tasks such as securing boats to docks.
• Connect and monitor utility services (power, water and telephone).
• Black water pump out, waste disposal and facility sanitation.
• Provide top customer service by expediting vessel requests and transport.
• Transport patrons and baggage to and from dockside; deliver provisions.
• Operate motor and watercraft and other mechanized equipment.
