Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them according to standards.
• Address guests’ service needs and provide guidance.
• Handle check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels are ready.
• Maintain vessels and Club location per standards.
• Manage reservations, fuel logs and weather reports.
• Communicate clearly with others and maintain professionalism.
• Follow all policies and protect confidential information.
