Job Overview

Oasis Experiences is seeking a Marina Boatyard Associate and Equipment Operator to support boat haul, launch, and yard operations at St. Augustine Marine Center. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth yard and marina functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with hauling, launching, blocking, and storing boats safely and efficiently.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, travel lifts, payloaders, and roll-offs.
• Perform boatyard maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, buffing, and scraping.
• Collaborate with team members and boat owners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment if experienced.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operating heavy equipment (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with boat or equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Facility maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus.
• Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and outdoor work in various conditions.
