Job summary

Deer Creek Lodge Marina is seeking a part-time, seasonal team member for the summer. Responsibilities include answering phones, making marina reservations, collecting fees, and assisting boaters onto and off boats with a friendly manner.

Additional duties include outdoor cleaning and grounds-keeping around the marina, taking snack bar orders, and supporting events beyond normal hours. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to swim in heat for long days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Day and night shift availability preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• US work authorization preferred.
• Boater's Education Course proof required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and make marina reservations.
• Collect fees and assist boaters into/out of boats.
• Clean, inspect and fuel boats at the marina.
• Work events outside normal business hours and perform grounds-keeping duties.
• Take orders for the snack bar area.

Also responsible for working events outside of normal business hours, cleaning & grounds-keeping duties around the marina as well as taking orders for the snack bar area.

Must be 18 or older, possess a valid drivers license and provide proof of successfully completing a Boater's Education Course.

Must be able to swim and have the physical stamina to withstand the outside heat for up to 8 hours a day, lift 20 - 60 lbs per day and possess excellent public relations skills to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
