What started as a handful of silhouettes has grown into a full collection, complete with beautiful, comfortable styles for everywhere life takes you. Each pair is designed in New York and handmade in Spain, and thoughtfully crafted to withstand the test of time.

About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting Executive Assistant for Co-Founder (Sarah Pierson) and Chief Revenue Officer (Emily Brauer Gill). Must love creating structure, scheduling, and managing logistics, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:

  1. Schedule and maintain complex calendars with multiple time zones and executives
  2. Proactively handle conflicts, double-bookings, and last-minute changes
  3. Set up recurring meetings and coordinate attendee availability
  4. Buffer appropriate travel time between meetings and protect focus time

Email Management:

  1. Monitor and triage incoming emails based on urgency and importance
  2. Draft responses to routine correspondence
  3. Follow up on pending items and maintain inbox organization
  4. Flag critical messages requiring executive attention

Travel Coordination/Logistics:

  1. Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  2. Create detailed itineraries with confirmation numbers and contact information
  3. Manage expense reporting and reimbursement
  4. Handle last-minute changes or cancellations
  5. Arrange business meals and meetings during travel
  6. Maintain corporate travel accounts

Company Events:

  1. Plan and execute board meetings (venue, catering, tech setup, materials)
  2. Coordinate board member travel and accommodations
  3. Organize board dinners and social events
  4. Plan company-wide gatherings, holiday parties, and team building activities
  5. Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  6. Handle corporate gifting programs (holidays, employee milestones, client appreciation)

Basic Employee Onboarding & Office Management:

  1. Initiate and track onboarding paperwork through the PEO system
  2. Coordinate computer setup
  3. Schedule initial meetings and training sessions
  4. Track completion of required forms and training
  5. Serve as primary point of contact for facility issues
  6. Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repairs
  7. Schedule regular cleaning services and special cleaning needs
  8. Manage office supply inventory and ordering

Who You Are:

  • Very organized, with an eye for detail and excellence
  • Excellent at time management, gracefully manages their own schedule
  • A bright, welcoming presence who brings warmth to every interaction
  • Quick-thinking, creative, proactive, and an excellent problem solver

Availability:
We’re currently seeking a full-time Executive Assistant in a remote capacity. This EA will support two executives who are on opposite coasts (Pacific Time & Eastern Time) so we can be somewhat flexible around specific hours/schedule to account for multiple time zones and candidates preference for schedule (i.e. split schedule during the day to accommodate childcare).

Pay Range:
$40-$50K annual salary with benefits, depending on location and experience
