Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is seeking a energetic Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences along Florida's Broadwalk. You will greet guests, guide them through menus, take and relay orders, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with a dynamic team, uphold presentation standards, handle payments, and help create memorable moments for guests while maintaining a welcoming, tropical atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team, and fluency in English.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Team player with a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and provide personalized service.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
