Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, invites you to join our lively team as a Server. Bring warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail to deliver memorable dining experiences on Hollywood Beach.

You will greet guests, explain the menu, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar. The role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and fluency in English; prior serving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
