Job summary

Marco’s Pizza – Spire Brands, LLC is looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our Marco’s Pizza restaurants. As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll help create great food and a great experience for customers, whether you’re making pizzas, helping customers, answering phones, or keeping the restaurant clean.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $12–$14, plus tip share, with opportunities for additional hours and growth into leadership roles.

• Follow recipes, portion requirements, and food-safety procedures.
• Make sure every order is accurate and meets our quality standards.
• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Take pride in serving fresh, great-tasting food.
• Work together and help wherever you are needed.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers.
• Be willing to learn different positions throughout the restaurant.

• Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods.

Compensation
