Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years with competitive marching programs.
• Skills: Proficiency in conducting, score reading, and understanding outdoor acoustics and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Lead woodwind, brass, or percussion sectionals to ensure musical accuracy and stylistic consistency.
• Assist the Director in teaching and refining field drill and ensemble transitions.
• Oversee logistics such as loading/unloading equipment trailers and organizing bus manifests for away events.
• Supervise students at off-site events and ensure safety and attendance.
