Homewood-Flossmoor High Community High School District 233 is seeking a Band/Music educator to lead marching band activities for the new school year. After attending a week-long band camp, students rehearse and perform at games, Homecoming and community events, with HF students invited to perform with the marching band at select games.

After attending a week-long Band camp in July/August to prepare for the school year, students practice twice a week from August through October. Members of the Marching Vikings Band perform at the football games, the Homecoming Pep Assembly, the Hidden Gem Marathon, and the Homewood Memorial Parade. Hart and Parker Band members are invited to perform with the Marching Vikings Band at the Youth Night football game. Students are paired up with HF students within their instrumental section. The bands rehearse together prior to the game to get the full experience.
