Lake Washington School District is seeking Band Assistants to support high school marching bands, concert bands, pep bands, and related ensembles across LWSD schools for the 2026-2027 school year. Pay is $20.67 per hour; there are no benefits assigned to this position.

Review LWSD policies; we are not able to sponsor employment at this time. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 19 years old for this role.

Qualifications

• Proof of valid First Aid, AED and CPR Adult and Child certification required upon hire.
• Must be minimum of 19 years old for Assistant Coach position.

This posting is being used to establish an applicant pool for Band Assistant positions throughout Lake Washington School District for the 20262027 school year. Opportunities may include supporting high school marching band programs, concert bands, pep bands, etc., depending on the needs of each school.

Pay: $20.67 per hour. See the Non-Represented Stipend Schedule 2026-2027 (Non-reprstipend26-27.pdf). There are no benefits assigned to this position.

License Requirements: Proof of valid First Aid, AED and CPR Adult and Child certification is required upon hire.
