The role requires:

• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
• Must be able to complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (to include SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD CE/CV program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD CAF without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance, and maintain the required security level for the contract duration.
• Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

• Current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Meet certification requirements per OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
• Complete a favorable ST5 investigation, adjudicated for SCI eligibility, and maintain security clearance.

Experience Required

• Expert proficiency in GCC and component level exercise planning.
• Experience with MARCENT G-4 SOPs, policies, orders, and directives.
• Ten years of military experience.

Job Objective

Support MARCENT and subordinate commands, focusing on logistics planning, deployment, sustainment, and redeployment support for Marine Corps forces within and outside the US, ensuring equipment accountability, supply support, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level GCC and component exercise planning.
• Develop comprehensive logistics plans, including deployment and redeployment guidance.
• Review and support exercise logistics plans, provide recommendations, and develop related documents.
• Coordinate with HQMC, CENTCOM, and other military staff.
• Review and contribute to exercise documents and scenario injects.
• Assist in achieving training objectives and developing SOPs and policies.

Education & Certification

• Current US Passport, ability to travel overseas.
• Meet certification requirements as above.
• Complete and maintain SCI security clearance.

Work Location

• MARCENT, MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.
• Travel required to various countries in CENTCOM AOR, including potential short-notice deployment.
