Accountabilities

Leadership:

  • Technician project team lead for a small team.
  • Makes independent decisions when completing technical assignments and projects.
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
  • Schedules and plans work for a team and provides input in performance evaluation and people development.
  • Manages programs/processes, working independently with limited oversight from the manager.
  • Performs detailed budget analysis for projects and assesses financial impact on project costs.

Arc GIS Pro and Utility Network:

  • Ensures all daily GIS database entries are made timely for accurate field work, related to dig safe and distribution system mark outs for C&M street crews and outside contractors.
  • Develops and implements analysis tools (e.g., reports, software shortcuts) for departmental reporting, including the Company’s DIMP Plan.
  • Oversees that GIS database entries are current for field operations related to utility mark outs.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering and/or Geography.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
