Job summary

The role supports five women at Lowell St. and involves assisting with daily living, documentation, transportation, and participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• MAP Certification required.
• FA/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and individualized supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Promote independence, community engagement, and meaningful life experiences.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
• Support medical appointments and health-related needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive home environment.
