Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts required.
• Certified MAP Trainer or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• 1+ year experience in MAP or clinical training or 2+ years MAP-related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MAP certification and recertification training.
• Provide learner support and remediation as needed.
• Complete required training documentation and records.
• Participate in MAP program team meetings.

Skills

Familiarity with MA DDS and MA DPH MAP requirements

Ability to facilitate adult learners

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in human services or healthcare training

Experience supporting remediation or skills coaching

Experience with data-informed teaching

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
