Job description

Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded, needing to learn a language at their office or home for work, family, or travel reasons. Founded in 2004, the company’s motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere!

We are currently looking for an Online Maori language teacher for one of our clients located in Australia.

Some details about the course:

1. Our client would like to have general 1-to-1 online Maori lessons.

2. The student (1 adult, beginner level) would like to have Maori lessons for a total of 30 hours.

3. The lessons should be organized once a week, with 1-hour sessions every week, available on Mondays around 6 PM.

4. She would like to start the lessons as soon as possible.

Ideal teacher should:

1. Be a native Maori speaker OR hold a teaching degree.

2. Have experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.

3. Have a valid working visa.

4. Live within 30 miles of the client’s location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance, part-time position, and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
