Ace Precision Machining Llc is offering a Manufacturing Youth Apprentice position in Oconomowoc, WI. This part-time role invites motivated high school students to learn how things are made, gain real-world experience, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible as a high school junior or senior participating in the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program.
• Interest in manufacturing and hands-on learning.
• Able to work part-time around school schedule.

Responsibilities

• Explore different areas of manufacturing to identify strengths.
• Assist skilled technicians and shadow professionals.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, and assembly.
• Contribute to quality control to ensure products meet requirements.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
