Responsibilities

• Assist production teams with daily tasks to keep workflow moving.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, grinding, assembling, and cleaning parts.
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to workstations; inspect and sort parts to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; collaborate with teammates to ensure quality products.

• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus—but not required
