Job summary

Trueform & Blendhouse Concrete @ Renovation Brands in Wharton, NJ (or Randolph, NJ) is seeking a General Laborer to join the manufacturing team. You will cast, process, and finish concrete products while maintaining a clean work area and following safety protocols.

The role requires ability to lift at least 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and reliable transportation. Forklift experience is a plus and normal daytime hours apply.

General Laborer

Trueform & Blendhouse Concrete @ Renovation Brands

Location: Wharton, NJ or Randolph, NJ
Reports to: Plant Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Part‑time positions and weekend hours may also be available.
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $18.00

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Concrete Products: sinks, tables, countertops and more.
• Casting, processing, polishing, and finishing concrete products.
• Cleaning the facility and all equipment.
• Performing other duties as required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Physically fit and able to push/pull/lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
