We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate to support our full in-house production process—from compounding raw materials to bottling and shipping finished goods. You’ll rotate through warehouse, manufacturing, and compounding responsibilities based on daily needs and production schedules.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate to support our full in-house production process—from compounding raw materials to bottling and shipping finished goods. You’ll rotate through warehouse, manufacturing, and compounding responsibilities based on daily needs and production schedules.

This is a physical, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfillment

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming raw materials and packaging components
  • Pick and pack orders for retail and wholesale customers using Shopify
  • Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL)
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with monthly audits
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse space

Production & Bottling

  • Operate bottling, capping, sealing, and labeling machinery
  • Accurately label products with lot numbers, expiration dates, and SKUs
  • Assemble boxes and pack finished goods for distribution
  • Perform in-line quality checks and ensure batch consistency
  • Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean production line per GMP standards

Compounding & Mixing

  • Weigh and measure raw materials to batch specifications
  • Follow detailed SOPs to blend ingredients into liquid supplement formulas
  • Use mixing tanks, pumps, and transfer systems safely and efficiently
  • Complete documentation for traceability, including batch records and logs
  • Perform pH testing and coordinate with Quality Control on in-process checks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or food/supplement production role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn all areas of the operation and support wherever needed
  • Comfortable working with chemicals, raw ingredients, and industrial equipment
  • Basic computer skills (email, Shopify, Excel entry) a plus
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
