Job summary

HSM (Hickory Springs Manufacturing) Company is seeking a production/warehouse associate to support across production, fabrication, and assembly, operating manual, semi-automated, and CNC equipment to keep operations moving. You will move raw materials and finished goods, stage materials, participate in cycle counts, and maintain a clean workspace aligned with 5S standards.

A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience are preferred, with the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional or multi-process roles is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment including manual, semi-automated, and CNC machinery.
• Move raw materials and finished goods to support production needs.
• Stage materials at workstations to keep operations running efficiently.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts.
• Organize materials to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
• Communicate shortages or discrepancies to the team.
• Identify and report defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S standards.
