Fellowes Brands in Itasca, IL is seeking a reliable assembler to perform routine duties that keep production flowing, palletize finished goods, and move materials safely across the line. You'll follow shop packs and BOMs, operate equipment such as Load Formers and forklifts, help with line changeovers, and support nearby teams to meet daily targets.

The baseline pay is $18 per hour, with overtime, benefits, and geographic pay considerations depending on region.

Formación

• Pass lift truck operation tests and obtain licensing.
• Ability to work in a machine-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Maintain safety and PPE protocols at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble components and palletize finished goods to maintain product flow.
• Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow shop packs, specifications and BOMs; inspect quality and maintain product flow.
• Create LPNs to move inventory into finished goods.
• Assist with line changeovers and operate equipment (Load Formers, forklifts, banders, etc.).
• Provide relief for other operators and perform related duties as assigned.
