Job summary

Sazerac is seeking an experienced Training Manager at Northwest Ordinance Distillery to lead learning and development in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will build programs, manage onboarding, and drive regulatory compliance with operations leadership.

This role focuses on skill-gap analysis, structured curricula, and measuring training impact across teams, with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that support operational performance, compliance, and employee development.
• Create and maintain structured training matrices, onboarding programs, and frontline development plans.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track training completion, and monitor training effectiveness metrics.
• Facilitate leadership development, skills training, and workforce development initiatives across manufacturing teams.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business goals.
