Our Marietta location has an opening for a 1st shift Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker) position. This is an entry‑level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour. Employees are eligible for two, 50‑cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 65 lbs.
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking for whole/majority of shift
• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
