Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to manage and improve production tooling productivity and quality, driving continuous improvement and technological advancement.

You will lead tool budgeting, provide engineering support on tooling, analyze results, and coordinate development of cutting tools and holders for new models, with occasional travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–8 years of experience in equipment engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SolidWorks, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to read engineering designs and convey manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool budget creation, control, and analysis to optimize costs.
• Provide daily engineering support to troubleshoot tooling issues, develop tools, drawings, and holders.
• Perform tool analysis, document results, and support process improvements using engineering principles.
• Coordinate development of cutting tools, tool holders, and machining processes for new models and technologies.
