Manufacturing Test Technicians

Position Overview:

Yoh has several Manufacturing Test Technician positions available with our client L3Harris located in Henrietta, NY. The pay range is $18.00-$24.30/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Perform circuit card and box level testing on RF/Digital assemblies, including go/no-go testing.
• Assist with manufacturing operations, including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, good hand dexterity, computer proficiency, and communication skills.
• Previous QC or Inspection experience with strong attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE.
• Pass pre-employment screenings and drug tests, including negative marijuana test.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm, $18.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2am, $19.80/hr, with 2 weeks of training on 1st shift.
• 3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm, $22.50/hr.
• 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6pm-6:30am, $24.30/hr.
